Panchayat & Rural Development (PNRD), Assam has released an official notification for the recruitment of Senior State Program Manager, State Program Executive, and Quality Control Officer on a contractual basis. Vacancy Details & Eligibility

1. Senior State Program Manager (MGNREGA)

No. of Posts: 01
Educational Qualification:
M.Tech / M.E in Computer Science, IT, Civil, Electronics & Communication
OR MBA in HR/Finance with strong IT skills
Experience: Minimum 10 years in a Managerial Cadre (public or reputed private sector)
Language Requirement: Must know English, Hindi, and a local language
Salary: Rs.75,000 – Rs.82,500 + applicable allowances
Age Limit: Max 45 years as on 01-01-2025

2. State Program Executive (Finance, Accounts & Procurement)

No. of Posts: 01
Educational Qualification:
M.Com or MBA in Finance/Accounting with minimum 60%
Experience: Minimum 5 years in finance, procurement, or accounting (preferably govt or development sector)
Software Skills: Familiar with Finacle, Fintech, Sparsh
Language: English, Hindi & regional language required
Salary: Rs.55,000 + applicable allowances
Age Limit: Max 40 years as on 01-01-2025

3. Quality Control Officer

No. of Posts: 01
Qualification: Degree in Civil Engineering with 60% marks
Experience: At least 3 years, including 1 year in rural development projects
Language Requirement: English, Hindi & local language
Salary: Rs.40,000 + applicable allowances
Age Limit: Max 40 years as on 01-01-2025
