Thengphakri Champion Recruitment 2025 – 100 Posts, Apply for BTR Free Training Programme

The Bodoland Territorial Region (BTR) administration has launched the Thengphakri Digital Empowerment Programme 2025, a flagship initiative under the CEM’s Special Scheme to promote digital literacy, women’s empowerment, and field-level digital outreach.

This recruitment drive aims to select 100 deserving female graduates from BTR to undergo a 6-month free training programme that equips them with digital skills, tools, and financial support. Interested and Eligible Candidates may apply for these posts.

The programme offers free computer and digital literacy training to female graduates of BTR. After successful completion, candidates will receive:

# Smartphone for digital work
# Bicycle for mobility
# Bag and Raincoat for field activities
# Stipend/Honorarium: Rs. 12,000 for 6 months

 

Vacancy & Eligibility

• Total Seats: 100

• Qualification: Graduate in any discipline

• Age Limit: 18–30 years as of 1 January 2025

• Proof required: HSLC Admit Card, Birth Certificate, or Government-issued ID

• Eligibility: Open to female candidates who are permanent residents of BTR

Selection & Training

• Candidates will undergo Free Computer & Digital Literacy Training.

• Graduates will be designated as Thengphakri Champions to assist in digital outreach programmes.
