Eligibility Criteria (as on 01-01-2026)

Nationality & Residency

Applicant must be a Citizen of India and a Permanent Resident of Assam.
Must be registered with a local Employment Exchange in Assam.
Must speak Assamese or any other State language fluently.

Age Limit

Minimum Age: 18 years
Maximum Age: 25 years
Relaxations in Upper Age Limit:
- SC, ST (P), and ST (H): 5 years
- OBC/MOBC: 3 years
- Additional relaxations are available for Home Guards/VDP members (3 years) and Former Members of Militant Organizations (10 years).

How to Apply?

Registration: Applicants must register only once in the application portal using a valid mobile number and their name as per the HSLC Certificate. An Application ID will be generated upon successful registration.
Login: Log in using the Application ID or Registered Mobile Number along with the Date of Birth.
Application: Apply for the relevant Advertisement and select post preferences (if eligible for both UB & AB).
Upload Documents: Upload the required documents, including:
- Latest passport size photograph (Max 450 KB, JPEG/JPG/PNG).
- Digital photo of Signature (Black/Dark Blue ink on white paper, Max 100 KB, JPEG/JPG/PNG).
- Age Proof (HSLC Admit Card/Certificate).
