Bodoland University invites applications for temporary, project-based research and technical positions under two National Health Research Priority (NHRP) projects focused on health system strengthening in the Udalguri District. These roles are critical for implementing and evaluating comprehensive primary healthcare initiatives in the region. Candidates must be willing to reside in the Udalguri District, BTR, Assam for the duration of the project.

2. Project Research Scientist-III (Medical)	Posts: 1. Age Limit: 40 Years. Remuneration: Rs. 93,000/- + HRA.
3. Project Technical Support-III / IT support	Posts: 9. Age Limit: 35 Years. Remuneration: Rs. 28,000/- + HRA.
4. Project Technical Support-I / MTS	Posts: 2. Age Limit: 30 Years. Remuneration: Rs. 18,000/- + HRA.

Eligibility Criteria (Essential)

1. Consultant (Scientific/Technical)

# Candidates must possess a PhD in Social Sciences, Public Health, or a related field with a minimum of 10 years of research experience and at least 10 research publications (as documentary evidence). Alternatively, clinicians with MBBS and MD qualifications and at least 10 years of clinical practice experience are eligible. Experience in intervention/health systems research is desirable.

2. Project Research Scientist-III (Medical)

# The essential requirement is an MBBS, BDS, or BAMS degree in a relevant subject. Candidates should ideally have 3 years of experience in community-based health implementation research.

3. Project Technical Support-III / IT Support

# Candidates need a First Class MA/M.Sc. in Social Sciences, Life Sciences, Public Health, Psychology, or Computer Science with relevant field/lab experience. Alternatively, a First Class M.Com degree with experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting is accepted. Fluency in local languages (Assamese/Bodo) is desirable.

4. Project Technical Support-I / Multi Tasking Staff (MTS)

# Candidates must hold a Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) with 2 years of experience OR have an Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery (ANM) qualification with 2 years of experience in community/lab-based research work.

Age relaxation is applicable as per Government rules for SC/ST (5 years) and OBC (3 years) for posts SI No. 3 and 4.
